How to Get Here
Lesser Slave Lake region is located in north central Alberta, 2.5 hours north of Edmonton. Routes from Edmonton include Hwy 2, Hwy 44 and Hwy 33. Check

Aug. 24 - 26 - Bash'n at the Beach Demolition Derby
For a healthy dose of destruction and excitement, the Lakeshore Motorsports Association brings you the 5th annual "Bash’n at the Beach" Demolition Derby at Spruce Point Park. This adrenaline-pumping event will have you cheering for your favorite car as drivers rear-end their way to being the last four wheels standing. This year, monster trucks will also make an appearance between derby heats, and you’ll have the chance to hop on board one of these giant trucks for a ride like no other. With big prize payout's for competitors and a rock concert, event organizers are working to make Bash’n at the Beach one of the biggest demolition derby events in Western Canada.
